Job Description

Location: PAN India (Hybrid)
Experience: 3+ Years

Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules:
Discovery — for automated identification of infrastructure devices and applications
Service Mapping — to visualize business services and their dependencies
Event Management — for proactive event correlation and alert management
Install, configure, and manage MID Servers, Probes, and Patterns for seamless Discovery and integrations
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party monitoring tools (like SolarWinds, Nagios, SCOM, Zabbix) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Skills & Experience Required

3+ years of ServiceNow ITOM development and implementation experience
Strong knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and Orchestration
Experience in MID Server configuration and management
Proficient in JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, REST APIs, and IntegrationHub
Understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (servers, networks, cloud platforms)
