ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and configure solutions within the

    ServiceNow platform

    , specifically in

    ITSM and ITOM

  • Develop and automate workflows using

    Flow Designer

    and business rules.
  • Customize forms, tables, and portals using scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
  • Build and manage

    Service Maps

    for accurate CMDB representations.
