Mandatory skills:


Any one active Servicenow certification is Mandatory.

Key Responsibilites :

  • Design, develop, configure, and customize

    ServiceNow ITSM

    applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
  • Implement and enhance additional ServiceNow modules such as:
  • ITOM

    (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
  • ITAM

    (HAM, SAM, Asset Lifecycle Management)
  • Now Assist

    (AI-driven automation, virtual agent integrations)
  • CSM

    (Case Management, Service Portals, Customer Workflows)
  • Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs, MID Servers, and web services.
  • Customize and manage

    ServiceNow Service Portal / CSM Portal

    .
  • Implement reporting and dashboards using Performance Analytics.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, development standards, and security guidelines.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support to stakeholders and end users.
  • Perform upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on

    ServiceNow development

    experience.
  • Strong experience with

    ITSM

    processes and implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with

    at least one

    additional module:

    ITOM, ITAM, Now Assist, or CSM

    .
  • Strong proficiency in

    JavaScript

    , Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with

    ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflows

    .


Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow certifications such as:
  • CSA (Certified System Administrator)

  • CAD (Certified Application Developer)

  • Module-specific certifications (ITOM, ITAM, CSM)
  • Experience with

    Now Assist / AI features

    in ServiceNow.
  • Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
