Job Summary:

ServiceNow Developer / Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using

    REST, SOAP, MID Server, or APIs

    .
  • Customize UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, and other ServiceNow components.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow coding standards, data integrity, and performance optimization.
  • Participate in full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in

    JavaScript, Glide scripting

    , and ServiceNow development framework.
  • Experience with

    Integrations

    (REST, SOAP, API, MID Server).
  • Expertise in at least one of the following ServiceNow modules:
    • HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery):

      • Experience implementing HRSD modules (Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Document Management).
      • Knowledge of HR shared services, HR processes, and external integrations.
      • HRSD Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
    • CSM (Customer Service Management):

      • Experience with end-to-end CSM implementation and configuration.
      • In-depth process knowledge of CSM, proactive customer operations, predictive intelligence, and virtual agent.
      • Integration experience with third-party tools (Web services, SOAP, Email, MID, etc.).
    • FSM (Field Service Management):

      • Hands-on experience with Work Order Management, Scheduling, and Dispatch.
      • Configuration of Field Agent activities (mobile & desktop).
      • Strong understanding of Field Service best practices and process optimization.
      • Integration with enterprise systems for data exchange and process alignment.
  • Working knowledge of

    CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM

    , and

    Virtual Agent

    will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (any module)
  • Experience with

    Agile / Scrum

    methodology
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
