ServiceNow Developer (ITSM/CMDB/ITAM/ITOM/HAM/SAM/Secops/GRC/IRM)

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, SecOps, GRC, and IRM modules. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements, configuring ServiceNow applications, customizing workflows, and integrating with other enterprise systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal use of ServiceNow capabilities and deliver high-quality solutions to support business processes. Additionally, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and participate in platform upgrades and enhancements while adhering to best practices and security standards.

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, SecOps, GRC, and IRM modules.


• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices.


• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, forms, workflows, and business rules.


• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.


• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.


• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and other development teams to deliver effective solutions.


• Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.


• Ensure compliance with security standards and organizational policies.


• Document solutions, configurations, and technical processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in multiple modules (ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, SecOps, GRC, IRM).


• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.


• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP web services.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• ServiceNow certifications (preferred).
