ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic IT team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules to support enterprise IT service management initiatives.
• This role involves implementing workflows, business rules, and client/server scripts, as well as integrating ServiceNow with external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business needs.
• - Implement and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server scripts.
• - Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• - Maintain and enhance ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
• - Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on expertise in application development.
• - Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
• - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
• - Experience with ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
• - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or System Administrator.
• - Experience with Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Performance Analytics.
• - Knowledge of ITIL framework and practices.
