ServiceNow Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for the following: - Working on ITSM using ServiceNow, with a proven track record in ServiceNow administration, especially on ITSM instance. - Understanding customer requirements and efficiently working on requests. - Implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management. - Managing workflows of medium to complex nature. - Handling Instance Upgrades and Patches for multiple customers. - Utilizing scripting language like JavaScript effectively. - Working with relational databases and having a good understanding of Database Technologies (MySQL, Oracle, SQL, etc.). - Implementing ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and utilizing ServiceNow APIs. - Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders to manage new requirements. Qualifications Required: - ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator. - Desired Certifications: ITIL V3 Foundation or ITIL V4 Foundation, ServiceNow - Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM). Additional Company Details: This role requires the following Micro-certifications: - Automated Test Framework - Flow Designer - Integration Hub - Virtual Agent Kindly note that the position is based in Noida, Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, and involves full-time employment with a hybrid work mode (3 days/week in the office). The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience and be comfortable with IST/Overlap with US shift timings.,
