Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect Consultant with 12+ years of
experience to design, implement, and optimize large-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across ServiceNow modules ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, GRC/SecOps and a strong track record of leading architecture engagements that drive digital transformation

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, creating architecture
blueprints and process designs that align with business goals.

Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate
them into scalable, sustainable ServiceNow solutions.

Architect ServiceNow data models, security frameworks, workflows, and integration patterns utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools.

Drive best practices in ServiceNow architecture, ensuring adherence to performance,
security, scalability, and maintainability standards.

Guide development teams and review ServiceNow customizations, scripts (Business Rules,
Client Scripts, UI Policies), and technical design.

Develop ServiceNow proof-of-concepts and accelerators to demonstrate platform capabilities and streamline implementations.

Provide thought leadership around ServiceNow roadmap, upgrades, licensing optimization, and best practices for ServiceNow adoption.

Mentor junior architects and developers, driving knowledge-sharing and upskilling within the
team.

Support pre-sales engagements, RFPs, technical presentations, and solution estimations as a
ServiceNow SME.

Required Skills & Experience:

12+ years of IT experience with ServiceNow design, architecture, and implementation.

Deep expertise across ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, GRC/SecOps.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Glide APIs, Flow Designer,
Integration Hub, and custom application development.

Experience with integration tools and protocols (REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SSO, Event
Management, MID Server).

Strong understanding of ServiceNow security and data management principles.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex engagements with
executive-level stakeholders.

Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
