• Develop and maintain client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, business rules, and workflows using

• Create and manage integrations using

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and ensure system integrity
