Has scripting abilities

Familiar with business rules and how they work

Ability to navigate complex workflow and suggest ways to simplify using flow designer vs traditional workflow builders

Experience with building API integrations or using spokes/graph connectors to build integration with other applications

Understands agile and how to work as part of a team

Knowledge of CMDB is a plus and its importance to overall architecture

Knowledge of SPM, CSDM and CSM a plus
