Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager, located in Indore. The Service Manager will oversee daily operations, manage client relationships, ensure service quality, and lead a team of service representatives. Responsibilities include monitoring service processes, resolving client issues, training staff, and implementing strategies to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Service Manager will also be responsible for tracking service metrics and reporting on performance.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of working In Banks NBFCs or In DSA
• Required Knowledge in Retails Loan products, PL,BL,HL,Lap
• Experience in client relationship management and customer service
• Leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in operational management and process improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
