Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager located in Bikaner. The Service Manager will oversee daily operations of the service department, ensure customer satisfaction, manage service staff, and coordinate with other departments. Responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, supervising repairs, building service revenue, and ensuring quality control. The Service Manager will also be responsible for training staff, managing budgets, and implementing service improvement strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive service management

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to manage inventory and coordinate with parts department

• Knowledge of automotive systems and services

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred

• Experience with Mahindra Brand is a plus
