Service Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Automobile Service Manager to oversee the service department, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage the efficiency and profitability of workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the service department team (technicians, service advisors, etc.)
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations effectively
• Develop and implement service processes to improve efficiency
• Monitor workshop productivity and profitability
• Plan and schedule service activities to meet customer demand
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and company policies
• Manage spare parts inventory in coordination with the parts department
• Train and motivate staff to achieve departmental targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Automobile Engineering or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in automobile service, with at least 5 years in managerial role
• Strong technical knowledge of automobiles
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities
• Knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management System) software .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
