Job Description

Immediate requirement of Service Manager at Joshi Hyundai Chandigarh.

Responsible for organizing, controlling and increasing the Operational efficiency of the workshop.
Responsible for the improvement of operational efficiency through establishment and religious monitoring of workshop processes.
Responsible for development of individuals to establish efficient, proactive high-performance culture amongst after-sales staff.
Responsible for infrastructure upkeep through maintenance and calibration of tools and equipment
Responsible for optimum utilization of resources like bays and manpower by monitoring the efficiency.
Responsible for monitoring and controlling service quality by identification of process flaws and for taking necessary actions.
Focus on using best business practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity.
