The Service Manager will oversee daily operations of the service department, ensure customer satisfaction, manage service staff, and coordinate with other departments. Responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, supervising repairs, building service revenue, and ensuring quality control. The Service Manager will also be responsible for training staff, managing budgets, and implementing service improvement strategies.
