We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service Manager with extensive experience in the two-wheeler automobile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all service operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maximizing service revenue, and maintaining a motivated and well-trained service team. * Supervise day-to-day operations of the service department * Ensure timely and quality service delivery to customers * Manage and lead service advisors, technicians, and support staff * Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and turnaround time (TAT) * Implement and maintain SOPs for service operations * Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely and professional manner * Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, costs, and profitability * Drive service revenue through AMC, repairs, spare parts sales, etc. * Coordinate with OEMs for warranty claims, service campaigns, and training programs * Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality norms
