Job Description

Greet customers and determine their needs and interests. Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers. Maintain in-depth knowledge of current inventory, including features, options, and pricing. Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives and financing options. Prepare and process sales documentation, contracts, and related paperwork. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and dealership performance metrics. Follow up with potential and existing customers to build long-term relationships. Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends. Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth sales and delivery process. Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer delivery.
