Job Description

  • Supervise daily workshop activities, including vehicle service, repair, and maintenance.
  • Ensure adherence to Honda’s service processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor job card preparation, service estimates, billing, and timely vehicle delivery.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations with prompt resolution.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service quality.
  • Ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
  • Lead, train, and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
  • Conduct regular training and skill development sessions.
  • Allocate work effectively to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Achieve monthly service revenue, labor, and spare parts targets.
  • Promote value-added services, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and extended warranty programs.
  • Control operational costs while maximizing profitability.
  • Maintain service records, performance reports, and workshop KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with Honda guidelines, warranty policies, and dealer standards.
  • Coordinate with the manufacturer for technical updates, recalls, and audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
