Oversee spare parts procurement, stocking, and sales operations. Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize obsolete stock. Ensure timely supply of parts to the workshop and retail customers. Achieve parts sales targets and control costs. Monitor parts ordering, billing, and storage as per Honda standards. Build strong relations with customers, vendors, and workshop teams. Train and guide parts staff to improve efficiency and service quality. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of 2-wheeler spare parts and inventory management. Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Analytical mindset with ability to achieve sales targets. Proficiency in parts management software and MS Office. Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or Graduation in Commerce/Business. 4–6 years of experience in spare parts management (automobile industry preferred).
