Job Description

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of technicians and service advisors.
  • Conduct performance reviews and develop career growth opportunities for team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues related to service in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates on vehicle service status and any necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on service department performance, customer feedback, and vehicle service trends.
  • Analyze service data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.

Pay: ₹15,267.70 - ₹22,000.77 per month
