Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the service team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment for industrial and railway clients.
• Handle escalated technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Plan and manage service schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams for smooth execution of projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate service staff performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and service operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in service management, preferably in industrial equipment or railway sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of service standards, safety regulations, and technical processes.
• Experience in railway loco service is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office & service management tools.
