Job Description

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 10–15 years of service experience in material handling or a similar field
Willingness to travel at least 10 days per month

Duties:

Manage installation & commissioning of Material Handling Lifts (Goods Lifts, Scissor Lifts)
Attend service calls & provide technical support
Perform troubleshooting, maintenance & preventive checks
Ensure timely resolution & maintain service records
Visit sites for service and installation work (Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechanical)
Provide prompt solutions for site-related issues by arranging manpower, materials, and resources
Handle and guide a team of service engineers; provide technical training as needed
Maintain and update customer service logs and internal service records promptly
