Role Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial and railway equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at client sites.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with the service manager and technical teams for smooth execution of projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Maintain service reports, records, and client documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Daily travel to assigned railway sheds (mandatory).
• Occasional travel to neighbouring sheds/regions for special service calls, warranty attention, or technical training.
• Candidate must be willing to travel and be comfortable with field work.

Requirements

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in service of industrial equipment or railway systems.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Basic English communication and email drafting skills are a must.
• Knowledge of compressors, wipers, or related machinery is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office & service reporting tools.
