Job Summary:

  • The Service Level Manager L2 ensures all IT services are delivered in accordance with agreed service levels and business expectations.
  • The role involves SLA design, monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
  • Track performance metrics, prepare SLA reports, and drive service improvements.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure compliance with service commitments.
  • Conduct regular client and stakeholder reviews.Manage escalations and support incident and problem management processes.
