Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Service Level Manager L2 with 5-8 years of experience in ITIL Service Level Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing service levels and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service level management.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and reduce complaints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues affecting service delivery.
Analyze data and metrics to measure service performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in service level management.
Provide training and coaching to team members on service level management principles and practices.

Job Requirements

Mandatory skills: ITIL Service Level Management, Strong understanding of service management principles and practices.
Experience: 5-8 years in a related field, preferably in service level management or a similar role.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance goals.
