Job Description

Mandatory Skills: ITIL Service Level Mgmt .Experience: 5-8 Years .
Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee the delivery of services to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service level agreements (SLAs) and meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure service performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in delivery management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT Services & Consulting industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with SLAs and managing customer expectations.
