Service Level Manager - L2

We are looking for a skilled Service Level Manager to join our team at Wipro Limited, responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in the software services industry.

• Develop and implement effective service level management strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and improve overall service quality.
• Analyze customer feedback and metrics to measure service performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage and resolve complex customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.

• Proven experience in service level management or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of software services industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with service management tools and platforms is an asset.
