Job Title: Service Head Automobiles

Location: Dibrugarh, Assam

Experience: 10 to 15 Years (Automobile Industry)

Job Summary:

The Service Head will be responsible for overseeing the entire service operations of the automobile division. The role includes ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining service quality standards, driving profitability, managing a large technical team, and coordinating closely with OEMs (Maruti Suzuki) to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead, manage, and supervise the overall service department operations.

? Ensure timely and efficient service delivery to achieve customer satisfaction.

? Plan and implement strategies to improve workshop productivity and profitability.

? Monitor warranty claims, goodwill, and service-related documentation as per OEM standards.

? Manage and train service advisors, technicians, and support staff.

? Ensure compliance with company and OEM (Maruti Suzuki) policies, procedures, and quality standards.

? Analyze service performance metrics and take corrective actions to improve KPIs.

? Maintain strong coordination with spare parts, body shop, and sales departments.

? Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.

? Prepare regular reports and budgets for management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.

? 10-15 years of experience in automobile service operations (Maruti Suzuki experience preferred).

? Strong technical knowledge of vehicles, diagnostics, and service processes.

? Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills.

? Proficiency in MS Office and DMS (Dealer Management Systems).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

? Candidates from Maruti Suzuki dealership background will be given preference.

? Proven track record in managing large service teams and achieving performance targets.

? Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
