Description
You will be working as a Service Engineer in the North Zone team with responsibilities that involve the installation, commissioning, testing, and servicing of Pumps, Cooling Towers, and related systems. It is important to have strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent after-sales support and customer service. - Installation, commissioning, and testing of Pumps, Controllers, Cooling Towers, Ducting, and associated systems - Providing on-site support, attending site visits, and offering technical assistance - Responding promptly to customer complaints and service requests - Troubleshooting and efficiently resolving customer issues - Monitoring the performance of installed systems and conducting periodic inspections - Repairing and maintaining mechanical and electrical components of products - Delivering feedback and service reports to customers - Collaborating with allied teams for aftermarket services - Ensuring timely handover of products at the site - Building and maintaining strong customer relationships for long-term engagement - Coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical or related field) - Minimum of 2 years of experience in service engineering; 5 years preferred - Hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of Pumps and Cooling Towers - Strong understanding of mechanical systems, controllers, and ducting - Effective troubleshooting and diagnostic skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on satisfaction and retention - Strong organizational and documentation skills The company values individuals with a proven track record in a service representative or similar role, the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, strong business acumen, and an understanding of the service industry. A willingness to travel for on-site support is preferred.
