Job Summary

Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, and testing of:
• Pumps and Controllers
• Cooling Towers
• Ducting and related systems
• Attend site visits and provide on-site support and technical assistance
• Respond promptly to customer complaints and service requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Monitor performance of installed systems and conduct periodic inspections
• Repair and maintain mechanical and electrical components of products
• Provide feedback and service reports to customers
• Support allied teams with aftermarket services
• Ensure timely handover of products at the site
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers for long-term engagement
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Required Skills & Experience

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical or related field)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in service engineering; 5 years preferred
• Hands-on experience in installation and maintenance of Pumps and Cooling Towers
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, controllers, and ducting
• Effective troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on satisfaction and retention
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

• Proven track record as a service representative or similar role
• Ability to influence and communicate across all levels of the organization
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the service industry
• Willingness to travel for on-site support
