Service Engineer - Pumps & Cooling Tower

As a Service Engineer in the North Zone team, your role will involve the installation, commissioning, testing, and servicing of Pumps, Cooling Towers, and associated systems. You are expected to have strong technical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and a dedication to providing excellent after-sales support and customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Installation, commissioning, and testing of Pumps and Controllers, Cooling Towers, and Ducting and related systems - Provide on-site support, attend site visits, and offer technical assistance - Respond promptly to customer complaints and service requests - Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve customer issues - Monitor the performance of installed systems and conduct periodic inspections - Repair and maintain mechanical and electrical components of products - Deliver feedback and service reports to customers - Collaborate with allied teams for aftermarket services - Ensure timely handover of products at the site - Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term engagement - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical or related field) - Minimum of 2 years of experience in service engineering; 5 years preferred - Hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of Pumps and Cooling Towers - Strong understanding of mechanical systems, controllers, and ducting - Effective troubleshooting and diagnostic skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on satisfaction and retention - Strong organizational and documentation skills,
