MIRA3D is a software suite that encompasses various tools for Additive Manufacturing, including Build Preparation, 3D Inspection, Toolpath Generation, Casting Tree/ Sprue Planning and Image Search. The suite covers operations like Quotation Generation, Mesh Repair, Boolean operations, Surface Selection, Deviation Analysis, Supports Addition, Nesting, and Slicing.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 3D Printing/ 3D Scanning Service Engineer at MIRA3D in Mumbai. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual with a solid understanding of Additive Manufacturing and 3D Scanning concepts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in software related to 3D Printing and 3D Scanning, and will be responsible for supporting our customers, testing new software releases, and assisting with various day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Customer Support and Demonstrations:

• Assist customers with software demos, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our products.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers using our software solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success.

2) Software Testing:

• Test new software releases to identify bugs and potential issues.
• Provide detailed feedback and reports to the development team to aid in continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality software releases.

3) Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical insights and support for internal teams and customers.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal staff.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Additive Manufacturing and 3D Scanning technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with software related to Build Preparation in 3D Printing and 3D Inspection.
• Experience in testing and quality assurance
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in preparing technical documents and reports.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
