Job Purpose:

To manage the regional after-sales service operations for cooling solutions (Chillers & Heat Pumps), ensuring timely installation, commissioning, and service delivery. The role also supports pre-sales activities and dealer management to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Regional Service Management:

• Lead the regional service operations for chillers and heat pumps.
• Ensure smooth execution of installation, commissioning, and warranty service activities.

1. Customer Relationship & Support:

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and objections effectively.
• Provide technical support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

1. Sales Support & Opportunity Creation:

• Collaborate with the regional sales team for pre-sales technical support.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions/products.

1. Dealer Network Management:

• Manage and supervise dealer network across West/North regions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure process adherence and customer coverage.

1. Service Revenue Generation:

• Drive service-related revenue through annual maintenance contracts (AMC), spare parts sales, etc.

1. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
