QUALIFICATION : ITI- EEE/DIPLOMAEXPERIENCE 0-5 yrs YRSQualifications And Skills

• Proficient in troubleshooting and repair techniques for EV Charging Station to ensure minimal downtime.
• Strong ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships for effective service delivery and satisfaction.
• Capability to produce clear and concise technical documentation for processes, repairs, and installations.
• Competent in remote diagnostics to efficiently resolve issues without the need for physical presence.
• Experience in equipment installation ensuring correct and secure setup per manufacturer standards.
• Familiarity with service management software utilized in tracking repairs, maintenance schedules, and customer requests.
• Utilize field automation tools to enhance service efficiency and record keeping during field operations.
