Job Description

We are JK Exim Pvt. Ltd. looking for senior technician for Mumbai (Matunga). JOB DESCRIPTION: - Resolve customer complaints and breakdowns within SLA. Perform repairs or replacements of faulty components as per warranty terms. Obtain complaint closure report from customer Support field service teams or other departments when needed. Submit detailed warranty reports. Timely status update and reporting to manager. Have good knowledge of Indian Railways Liasoning. Good in Letter drafting . Good communication skill. Qualifications and Skills Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (B.Tech)./ Diploma ( ECE / EEE/ EEC) 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in fire control panels or similar electronic control systems. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong planning and tracking capabilities using appropriate tools and methodologies. Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and email communication.
