Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer at Elekta, your role involves conducting servicing in your designated area of responsibility. You will be the liaison and customer support representative for the local region, providing phone and email support, technical advice, and ECSC support as required by customers. Key Responsibilities: - Independently perform basic and complex troubleshooting and repairs on the designated modality, ensuring a high success rate in diagnosing problems within your area of responsibility and following the escalation procedure. - Carry out Field Change Orders, Safety Checks, and Modifications as instructed by the Elekta Product Supply Centre for the installed systems. - Take ownership of service deliverables for the designated customer site and perform routine calibrations, preventative maintenance, and closure of predictive and proactive cases on your designated modality. - Conduct Planned Maintenance for Customers as per the PM protocols and read, analyze, interpret, and follow signal flow on blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. - Instruct customers on the proper use of the equipment and assist Sales/Customer Service with technical advice. - Submit timely and accurate reports as assigned and manage parts inventory at assigned customer sites. - Maintain all company-leased equipment, including company computer, parts, and tools, and execute equipment upgrade works. - Perform other related duties as assigned or requested while upholding Elekta values and adhering to all Elekta directives, policies, and procedures.
