Key Responsibilities

• Installation and setup: Install and configure robotic systems at customer sites according to specifications. Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and tailor installations to their needs
• Maintenance and repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality of robotic systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, identify faulty components, and implement repairs promptly. Collaborate with remote technical teams for complex problem-solving
• Testing and calibration: Conduct rigorous testing and calibration of robotic systems to meet performance standards. Fine-tune parameters to optimize system efficiency and accuracy
• Customer support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical queries. Train customers on proper operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of robotic systems
• Documentation: Maintain effective documentation of service reports, maintenance procedures, and technical documentation
• Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date with advancements in robotics technology and our product offerings. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance expertise
• Remote support: Assist customers remotely by guiding them through troubleshooting procedures and offering solutions
• Safety and compliance: Adhere to safety protocols when working with robotic systems, including risk assessment and proper use of personal protective equipment
• Reporting: Provide feedback to internal teams regarding common issues, potential improvements, and customer feedback
• Travel: Travel to customer locations for installations, maintenance, and repairs as required
