Service Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer with experience in the manufacturing industry to provide technical support, maintenance, and optimization of manufacturing equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong engineering expertise, hands-on problem-solving skills, and familiarity with performance metrics (e.g., OEE, downtime analysis, and pneumatic) to drive operational efficiency and ensure seamless production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Having experience into CNC Machine, Edge bander
• Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing machinery and automation systems.
• Diagnose technical issues, implement corrective actions, and minimize production downtime.
• Technical Support
• Provide on-site and remote support to resolve equipment failures, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, to address engineering challenges.
• Performance Optimization
• Having knowledge into pneumatic
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Documentation & Training
• Maintain detailed records of service activities, equipment performance, and maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in a service engineering role within the manufacturing sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
