Job Title: Software as a Service (SaaS) Sales Executive – CSMS System Location: Gurugram, India Company Overview: Stabor India Pvt. Ltd. is an end-to-end electric-mobility technology company, engineering and manufacturing its entire EV-charging ecosystem in-house—from 3.3 kW home chargers to 240 kW highway-grade dispensers. With a unified CSMS C Fleet Console, real-time analytics, and sustainable manufacturing, Stabor is leading India’s transition to green transportation. Position Overview: We’re seeking a results-driven SaaS Sales Executive—to own the end-to-end sales cycle for our CSMS platform. You will identify prospects, deliver engaging virtual demos, negotiate subscription contracts and partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and high retention. Key Responsibilities:  Business Development: o Prospect, qualify, and develop new sales leads within target segments for CSMS subscriptions (commercial real estate, hospitality, fleet operators, government bodies).  Client Engagement: o Conduct tailored online demos showcasing CSMS features: real-time dashboards, remote firmware updates, fault alerts and usage analytics. o Draft, negotiate and close SaaS subscription agreements and renewals to meet monthly and quarterly quotas.  Sales Process Management: o Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company policies. o Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.  Cross-Functional Collaboration: o Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation and timely delivery. o Provide customer feedback to inform product enhancements and market strategy.  Reporting Forecasting: o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast reports in CRM. o Present regular updates to Sales Manager and senior leadership. Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field  2+ years of B2B SaaS or technology-solution sales experience  Basic knowledge of the EV charging industry and CSMS platforms is required  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets  Excellent virtual-presentation, communication and negotiation skills  Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment and traveling as needed Skills Competencies:  Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.  Strong consultative selling approach with an ability to understand complex technical solutions.  Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.  Ability to travel across assigned territories and represent the company at industry events.  Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office suite.

Role Overview: As a Tele caller at Tobor, you'll be the first voice that potential clients hear. You will make focused outbound calls, nurture leads, pitch EV charging solutions, and ensure timely follow-ups—all while supporting the sales team. Your efforts will lay the foundation for scalable client relationships and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Outbound & Inbound Calls: Initiate calls to prospects; handle incoming inquiries. Lead Management: Record call outcomes, update CRM, and schedule follow leads. Product Communication: Clearly explain Tobor’s EV solutions and highlight benefits. Reporting: Provide call summaries to the Sales Team Lead to help refine strategies Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi & English) Confident, energetic, and self-motivated attitude. Basic understanding of EV charging or a strong willingness to learn. Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools. Comfortable making 40–50 outbound calls daily.
