Role Overview:

As a Tele caller at Tobor, you&aposll be the first voice that potential clients hear. You will make focused outbound calls, nurture leads, pitch EV charging solutions, and ensure timely follow-upsall while supporting the sales team. Your efforts will lay the foundation for scalable client relationships and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound & Inbound Calls:

  Initiate calls to prospects; handle incoming inquiries.

• Lead Management:

  Record call outcomes, update CRM, and schedule follow leads.

• Product Communication:

  Clearly explain Tobors EV solutions and highlight benefits.

• Reporting:

  Provide call summaries to the Sales Team Lead to help refine strategies

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Confident, energetic, and self-motivated attitude.
• Basic understanding of EV charging or a strong willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools.
• Comfortable making 4050 outbound calls daily.
