Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Make a minimum of Select number of calls per day to prospective and existing customers.
  • Gather and verify customer information and other relevant data. Understand customer needs and specifications by asking relevant questions.
  • Suggest solutions and provide information about our products/services based on customer requirements.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
  • Share daily reports on call activity and outcomes.
  • Conduct online activities as required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 6 months to 2 years in a tele-calling or customer service experience .
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
