Job Description

Role & responsibilities Plan, organize, supervise, and perform in daily activities like Crane related b/d jobs of various model Crane available in HE Crane machinery. Ensuring periodic service compliance of warranty machine. Ensuring post warranty coverage. Preparation of TSI documents with the 3days of replacing the warranty parts. Increase spare parts business by generating maximum quotation. Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices. To ensure the submission of Daily & weekly MIS with immediate reporting. Coordination with BU & HO team for an critical trouble shooting. Manpower management. Technical Knowledge Requirement Deep knowledge in BSIII & BSIV crane troubleshooting Job. Knowledge about SAP Able to read and understand machine hydraulic & electrical drawing. Knowing the application and functionality of various mechanical and electrical components. Soft Skills Requirement Candidate should have basic man management skill. Passionate in inculcating safety culture. Time management. Problem solving attitude.
