Job Description

We have 3 openings for this role one based in Delhi (North Region), one based in Bhopal (West Region) & one based in Bengalore (South Region).

To drive Key Account (KA) Sales across the North Region (Delhi) & West Region (Bhopal) by building strong customer relationships, developing regional KA sales strategies, and ensuring consistent growth by tapping into infrastructure development projects, dealer networks, and competitive accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Account Management:

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base among Key Accounts in the North region (Delhi) & West region (Bhopal).
  • Identify, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with KA customers including government bodies, large contractors, fleet operators, and infrastructure companies.

Dealer Handling & Coordination:

  • Manage and support channel partners and authorized dealers in the North & West Region.
  • Ensure effective communication, inventory planning, and alignment between KA customers and dealers.

Business Development & Market Expansion:

  • Develop and implement region-specific sales and marketing strategies for Key Accounts to enhance brand positioning and penetration.
  • Regularly visit KA customers and project sites to understand needs, propose solutions, and drive sales closures.

Competitive Intelligence & Conversion:

  • Actively engage with existing and potential customers of competitor brands and convert them into loyal clients through value-driven offerings.
  • Provide insights on competitor pricing, product features, and customer feedback to improve offerings and counter competitive strategies.

Monitoring Market Dynamics:

  • Track customer buying trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Recommend tactical and strategic changes to maximize sales and market share.

Project Monitoring:

  • Identify and monitor all major infrastructure development projects within the North East Region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability and after-sales support to project customers.

  • Deep understanding of regional geography, customer needs, and market potential

  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in Engineering / Diploma in Engineering / Marketing; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B / Key Account Sales, preferably in Construction Equipment industry
  • Prior experience in handling North territory is highly desirable for Delhi location position
  • Prior experience in handling West territory is highly desirable for Bhopal location position
