Role Name: Senior Manager - Partnerships
At Kapture CX, we are looking for a sharp, curious, and high-energy individual as part of our Partnerships team. In this role, you will work closely with our enterprise clients and partners as well as our internal stakeholders on high-value and complex AI deals.

What is this role all about
In this role, you will work closely with our internal teams as well as our external partners and enterprise clients to help navigate high-value and strategic deals from initiation to closure.

- Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and enterprise clients across all stages of the deal cycle, so as to ensure win-win outcomes for all
- Develop a deep understanding of Kapture s AI products and provide advisory support to sales teams and clients for smooth closure of high-value, strategic deals
- Anticipate risks, navigate decision-making challenges, and proactively remove roadblocks to keep deals progressing smoothly and on schedule
- Build strong executive-level relationships with clients and partners to influence outcomes, strengthen trust, and accelerate the path to successful deal completion.
- This is a Mumbai-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility. This role requires a willingness to travel when required.

What would make you a good fit for this role
We are looking for someone with:
- 4-6 years of experience in enterprise client-facing roles, and a Tier 1 educational background
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills, especially the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders towards win-win outcomes
- High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High learning orientation, and proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- You will have an advantage if you:
- Have a consulting background
- Have prior interest or experience in SaaS, AI, or customer experience domains
