Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for sales revenue from SANY Motor Grader sales.
Monitor the monthly volume target achievement by area, dealer, etc.; Identify focus areas and course corrections in order to maximize target volume achievement.
Review the dealer performance basis market share from Industry sources; Assess the dealer's market - monitor dealer wise market share by district wise market share development.
To develop effective retail marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
To Build and deepened partnerships with Financier leaders to strengthen
collaborative efforts and promote mutual profitability
Team Mentor People Management
Improvement of Motor Grader market share in the territory
To monitor Major Projects, customer buying trends, market conditions and competitor actions to adjust strategies.
Participate in large customer meets and events in order to enhance brand visibility and Brand positioning in the specified region & achieve target volume.
