Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and technical support of cooling efficiency technologies. The role also requires interacting with clients, responding to technical inquiries, and ensuring optimal equipment performance during site visits.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues efficiently
Experience in Field Service operations and hands-on technical repairs
Strong Communication skills to liaise with clients and address their concerns effectively
Expertise in Technical Support and providing guidance on the usage of cooling systems
Skills in Maintenance and Repair of large-scale cooling systems
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Previous experience in industrial equipment or cooling technologies is preferred
