Project Role : Service Delivery Operations Representati Project Role Description : Assign and manage work assignments, drive people management activities for the delivery team. Manage service delivery quality and cost. Must have skills : Site Reliability Engineering Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Service Delivery Operations Representative, you will be responsible for assigning and managing work assignments, driving people management activities for the delivery team, and ensuring service delivery quality and cost. You will play a crucial role in managing the overall operations and ensuring smooth service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Manage work assignments and ensure timely completion. Drive people management activities for the delivery team. Ensure service delivery quality and cost optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. Strong understanding of IT operations and service delivery. Experience with incident management and problem resolution. Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices. Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required. Qualifications 15 years full time education
