You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage resources and meet client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Manage work assignments and ensure timely completion.- Drive people management activities for the delivery team.- Monitor service delivery quality and cost.- Ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.- Manage resources effectively to meet client expectations. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Linux server administration.- Strong understanding of Red Hat OS and its components.- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving OS-related issues.- Knowledge of system security and best practices.- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash or Python. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A Graduation degree is required.
