Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Delivery Manager in IT, located in Delhi, India. The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing service delivery processes. Daily tasks include coordinating with technical teams, monitoring service performance, and implementing IT service management best practices to meet client needs and business objectives.
