Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Delivery Manager in IT, located in Delhi, India. The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing service delivery processes. Daily tasks include coordinating with technical teams, monitoring service performance, and implementing IT service management best practices to meet client needs and business objectives. 14+ years of progressive experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management , specializing in networks, wireless, collaboration solutions , and data center setups Strong background in managing greenfield and brownfield projects across India, UK, Switzerland, and Italy Designed and deployed scalable and resilient network architectures to support global operations Successfully led production environment setups using Cisco Nexus core switching for fiber infrastructure and latency reduction Implemented enterprise-wide wireless (Wi-Fi 6 ready) and VoIP communication solutions across multiple regions Architected robust video conferencing systems using multi-vendor platforms including Cisco, Logitech, Lifesize, and Yealink Defined and executed network redundancy and disaster recovery strategies for critical systems Mentored cross-functional teams on network design best practices , improving efficiency and knowledge sharing Expert in IT Service Management (ITSM) and SLA management with a strong focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction Adept at managing vendors and stakeholders , ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of IT projects Proven track record in budgeting, cost control, and risk management across large-scale infrastructure rollouts Developed comprehensive network documentation and architecture blueprints for business continuity Familiar with tools and technologies such as Cisco, Meraki, Ruckus, Avaya, Genesys, SolarWinds, and Zabbix Hands-on experience in collaboration technology rollouts , including the introduction of interactive conference panels Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effective in multi-cultural and cross-functional environments Certifications in relevant domains and MBA in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University.
